How 1:1 Coaching is Different
A course gives you information. 1:1 coaching gives you personalised application, real accountability, and someone who can see what you cannot see about yourself. Information alone rarely creates lasting change.
Therapy and coaching are complementary, not competing. Therapy often focuses on the past and cognitive processing. Nervous system coaching works with the body and subconscious patterns in a more active, forward-focused way.
You have tried figuring it out on your own. The difference with 1:1 coaching is having someone who can see your blind spots, hold you accountable, and tailor every tool to your specific nervous system and life situation.
The Method
Both programs use the Regulate and Rise Framework. The difference is depth, duration, and how far we go together.
The Baseline Reset, Phase Overview
Phase 1
Weeks 1 and 2
We slow down before we speed up. Getting honest about where you are, mapping your nervous system patterns, and building the safety required for real change. Your first regulation anchors.
Phase 2
Weeks 3 and 4
We interrupt the patterns keeping you stuck. Identify your key triggers, the reactive cycles, and the stories driving them, and start shifting them with targeted, practical tools.
Phase 3
Weeks 5 and 6
We close with a full reset. Consolidated tools, a clear sense of your new baseline, and a personalised plan for maintaining what you have built.
The Foundation Method, Phase Overview
Phase 1
Weeks 1–3
Creating safety in your body, the coaching relationship, and your daily life. Foundational regulation practices and mapping your nervous system patterns.
Phase 2
Weeks 4–6
Understanding the why behind your patterns. Subconscious beliefs, early adaptations, and the stories your nervous system has been running without your awareness.
Phase 3
Weeks 7–9
Actively rewiring the patterns identified in Phase 2. New neural pathways, new stories, and new ways of responding at the root level.
Phase 4
Weeks 10–12
Making it yours, fully and sustainably. Integration, your ongoing regulation plan, and stepping into the version of yourself you have been building.

After your Clarity Call, if we decide to move forward, you will receive an enrolment link and an onboarding form. Once payment is confirmed, we will book your first session and you will be given access to your private Skool community where support begins immediately.
Absolutely. Life happens and flexibility is important. You are welcome to reschedule any session with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed without prior notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
Yes. Nervous system coaching and therapy are complementary, not competing. I work with the body and subconscious patterns, while therapy often focuses on cognitive processing. Many clients work with both. That said, this is not a substitute for therapy or clinical care.
Between your weekly sessions, you have access to a private Skool community where you can ask questions, share wins, and get support Monday to Friday. I respond within the day so you are never left sitting in something alone.
Your investment in 1:1 coaching is non-refundable and all sales are final. This is an invitation to commit fully to yourself and your transformation. If you choose to discontinue the program, no refund is available for remaining sessions regardless of participation level. I am fully committed to showing up for you, and I ask for that same commitment in return. The Baseline Reset is a focused, six-week introduction to nervous system regulation. It is ideal if you are newer to this work or want a contained starting point.
