Daily regulation rituals, somatic grounding and mindful awareness so you stop living in fight-or-flight and start actually feeling calmer from the inside out. This is where the tight chest, the shallow breathing and the jaw that never unclenches starts to shift.

02. Rewire

Interrupt the patterns

Understanding your triggers, subconscious repatterning and releasing the shame, guilt and perfectionism loops. This is where you go from reacting to responding. From "I'm the problem" to "I just needed different tools."

03. Rise

Become the anchor

Prioritising yourself without the guilt. Boundaries delivered with calm authority. You become the emotionally steady anchor in your home. Not because everything is perfect. Because you are grounded enough to hold whatever comes.

Common questions

How much time do I need each week?
About 90 minutes per week, broken into pieces. Audio lessons are 15-20 mins (listen in the car or on a walk). Practices are 5-10 mins. Weekly call is 60 mins. That's it.
Will this work if I've tried other things?
Yes. Because this starts in the body, not the mindset. Most programs go into the brain. This goes into the nervous system. That's the gap, and it's why it works when other things haven't.
I've never done breathwork or somatic work before. Is that okay?
More than okay. I built this program for mums who are starting from zero. Everything is taught from the ground up. The tools are simple enough to use in the kitchen. The lessons are short enough to listen to in the car.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. You can pay $1,497 in full or split it into 3 payments of $600.
How is the program delivered?
Everything is hosted on Skool. You'll get your login details after enrollment. Audio lessons, workbook, practices, community, and call links are all in one place.
What if I can't make the live calls?
All calls are recorded and uploaded to the community so you can catch up in your own time. But I'd encourage you to come live when you can. It's where the real magic happens.
