Common questions about The Regulated Mum Project

How does the program work?

The Regulated Mum Project is delivered entirely online through our private Skool community. Each week you receive new audio lessons, somatic practices, meditations, and journal prompts to work through in your own time. We also meet live as a group for coaching calls throughout the 12 weeks.

How much time will I need each week?

The program is designed for real, busy mums. Most weeks require around 30 to 60 minutes of your time, broken into smaller pieces you can fit into your actual life, during nap time, on a walk, or during school pickup.

What if I cannot attend a live call?

No stress. If you miss a live call, the replay will be available in your Skool library within 24 hours. You can access and catch up in your own time.

Is there a community component?

Yes. You will have access to a private Skool community group where you can connect with the other mums in the program, ask questions, share wins, and receive support between calls.

Is this suitable if I am already working with a therapist?

Absolutely. Nervous system coaching and therapy are complementary. I work with the body and subconscious patterns, while therapy often focuses on cognitive processing. Many clients work with both. That said, this program is not a substitute for therapy or clinical care.

What is the refund policy?
