Can I book my onboarding call straight away?
Yes. Your onboarding call can be booked immediately after purchase. You’ll get the booking link in your confirmation email, so you can secure your spot before the program content opens.
How much time do I need each day?
Plan for around 15 to 30 minutes per day. Grounded was built for real mum life, not a fantasy version where you have two uninterrupted hours, a silent house, and nobody asking for a snack.
You’ll receive short audio lessons, guided practices, and simple prompts you can actually fit into your day.
Is this therapy?
No. Grounded is not therapy, counselling, or crisis support.
It is a nervous system and body-based reset designed to help you understand why you keep reacting the way you do, and give you practical tools to create more space before the snap, spiral, or shutdown takes over.
What happens after I purchase?
Straight after purchase, you’ll receive an email with your next steps and the link to book your onboarding call.
On that call, we’ll look at where you’re starting from, what you’re currently struggling with, and how to approach the five days in a way that actually fits your life.
How long is the program?
The core content is five days.
Each day gives you a short lesson, a guided body practice, reflection prompts, and tools to help you understand what’s happening in your body and what to do with it.
How long do I have access for?
You’ll have access for 30 days.
That means you can move through the five days without pressure, revisit the content, ask questions, and actually let the work land instead of rushing through it and forgetting half of it.
Do I get support from you?
Yes. You’ll get live support from me directly inside the community for the full 30 days.
You are not being handed a login and left to figure it out alone. You’ll be able to ask questions, share what’s coming up, and get support as you move through the process.
What if I’ve never done anything like this before?
That’s completely fine. Grounded was created as a starting point.
You don’t need to understand nervous system work, somatic practices, or any of the science before you begin. I’ll explain it in a way that actually makes sense, and you’ll be guided through every step.
